Dear former team member, Thank you for leaving a review of your time as a member of our team, this really does help us learn what we are doing well and how we may improve too. It brings me a lot of satisfaction to see amongst your list of the pros of working at Homewood the sociability of the team and the fun atmosphere. While we all know we have a job to do it is key to our success that we enjoy ourselves while we do it! This is a clear message share with every level of the team and management alike. Having said this I note your comment on long hours and while I appreciate having fun can make the time pass quicker it does not take away from the investment the team put in to see that their guests have an enjoyable visit to the hotel. It is for this reason that we pay our team for the hours they work and recognise their dedication through on the spot rewards and monthly service charge payments. We do always look to give time back where possible but find a lot of the time people would rather be paid! Being success driven is a good description of how we are at Homewood and we have always aimed for our team to see our success is not just measured by happy guests or ‘£’ signs but also by an engaged and motivated team.
