Fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

There is no training. You are left to figure things out for yourself . Pay is below industry standards. Old boys club. All management wants to do is baby sit. They will take credit for your job well done and if they get knocked negatively they pass the blame to you!

Pros

The pay is good and the job isn't too hard to get. As my boss said, anyone can count money.

Cons

Late hours go into the early morning, like 1am. The hours you get are very low, especially during summer when there is only 1 event a month.
