      the so-called "Year-End Bonus" of 13th-month bonus is so attractive colleagues most of them are helpful

      Cons

      lack of communication in all levels of Company each department playing their own part only the senior management lacking consistency in decision making and like very micromanagement

      Competitive salary with guaranteed 13 months. Work life balance. Almost 9-6 office hours. Colleagues are supportive and helpful in working team You can earn 0.5 AL afterwards after participating Company Voluntary activities.

      Cons

      Management not really wants to embrace new technology for internal system facilitation, Lack of ambitious mind for improvement due to cost consideration. Internal collaboration is not good as expected, seems each team has bias to other teams causing efficiency.
