I am writing to share my deeply negative experience working at HKMA. My time here was marked by relentless exploitation, a complete disregard for employee well-being, and a toxic culture perpetuated by incompetent and heartless leadership. The most glaring issue was the constant, mandatory overtime. Employees were routinely forced to work until midnight without any additional compensation. During events, the situation became unbearable—we were allowed only 3-4 hours of sleep per day, yet no overtime pay or adequate rest was ever provided. This is not dedication; this is sheer exploitation. Moreover, the leadership at HKMA demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and humanity. Managers showed zero empathy or understanding toward employees, consistently choosing to belittle, pressure, and manipulate rather than support. They employed tactics of intimidation, degradation, and psychological manipulation (PUA) to control and suppress staff, creating an environment of fear and exhaustion. The company’s culture is built on exploitation, with no respect for work-life balance or basic human dignity. Instead of valuing hard work, leadership takes pride in overworking and undervaluing employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. This is not a place where you can grow or thrive—it is a place where you will be drained, demeaned, and discarded without a second thought. 我寫這封信,是為了分享我在HKMA極為負面的工作經歷。在這段時間裡,我經歷了無休止的剝削、公司對員工福利的完全漠視,以及由無能且冷酷的領導層所延續的有毒文化。 最突出的問題是持續且強制性的加班。員工經常被迫工作到深夜,且沒有任何額外報酬。在活動期間,情況更是令人無法忍受——我們每天只能睡3到4個小時,但公司從未提供加班費或充足的休息時間。這不是奉獻,這是赤裸裸的剝削。 此外,領導層展現出令人震驚的缺乏專業素養和人性。管理人員對員工毫無同理心或理解,始終選擇貶低、施壓和操控,而非支持。他們運用恐嚇、貶低和心理操控(PUA)等手段來控制和打壓員工,製造出一種充滿恐懼與疲憊的環境。 公司的文化建立在剝削之上,既不尊重工作與生活的平衡,也無視基本的人格尊嚴。領導層非但不珍視辛勤工作,反而以過度勞役和低估員工價值為榮。 我強烈建議任何考慮在此工作的人三思。這裡不是一個能讓你成長或蓬勃發展的地方——它只會榨乾你的精力、踐踏你的尊嚴,並毫不猶豫地將你拋棄。
