My experience at this workplace was wildly unprofessional. I personally observed untrained dogs taking food from employees’ lunches and harassing guests, staff walking barefoot in front of guests, and repeated failures to follow basic hygiene like hand-washing after using the facilities. Doors were often left open during sensitive conversations, showing little awareness of privacy. Frequent screaming phone calls which interrupted concentration of subordinates. There were no standard operating procedures, poor inter-departmental communication, and a pervasive, combative ‘high school’ atmosphere. Gossip was present during my interview and continued daily thereafter.
