Pros

Benefits were great. Hiring process and orientation were awesome.

Cons

Poor management at the top. Very secretive and lack integrity. Managers and leaders are in positions that they are not qualified to have. Felt lied to after orientation to the company that things were not how they were described once I got into my department.

Pros

Benefits are good for a single team member; love my coworkers

Cons

Perception is that Honor is a great company with stellar values. However, there is more lip service than what actually occurs in reality. The management team is not suited to the level that is required and poor decisions are made on a regular basis due to that. Vital information is withheld from employees that gives an impression of secrecy and mistrust of the very people that do the daily work. Employees that don't hold similar mindsets to that team are 'blacklisted' and made to feel as though they don't belong to the 'club'. Too many of these upper level managers have been promoted due to who they know and not based on any merit. It’s the subordinate team members that do the work, but don’t receive the pay that these managers do. You must be exactly like those upper level managers or you will go no where (or be run out like so many have been). Shady business practices and not a lot of pertinent information is shared with the right people. Empowerment is the buzzword across the company, but true empowerment of the employees does not truly exist. The pay is just o.k. and the benefits are great, but not worth the stress and headache that comes from fighting an uphill battle daily.

Pros

Guess it's better than homelessness.

Cons

Fake culture....no one but the 3rd floor is paid a living wage. Zero wage transparency for the different positions. Men there make more than women. Extremely clicky
