The company and workers are very u professional, management works unfair and picks who they don't like or who isn't apart of the small clique to pick on. The setting reminds me of a high school classroom!! some employees need to grow up and management needs to sharpen their skills starting with communicating better. It's unorganized and needs a lot of structure. If you have no degree or experience and need experience to put on your resume this is a starter company for you!! My advice is to stick to yourself and observe your surroundings... I saw everything my first day!!!
