Pros

*Free drinks and snacks. *Heavy Fortnite culture. *Very fun and upbeat environment. *Everyone is very laid back and easy going. *The CEO is extremely intelligent and cares about developing the skills of his employee. *A lot of room for growth.

Cons

None so far, but the company is growing really fast and that comes with growing pains. (Such as learning new things on the fly)

Pros

Management is very considerate of its employees. While I was a part-time employee the work hours were extremely flexible. Currently, as a salaried employee the benefits are great and no day is boring. It is the first job I've had where you want to go to work everyday and you don't want to leave in the evening. The founders are very open about their experiences and have a wealth of knowledge to share. Honorlock is growing extremely fast, so often times employees have to wear multiple hats to work on different projects. Working on so many tasks and collaborating with incredibly intelligent co-workers has helped me evolve professionally and personally. The best part of Honorlock is working with an amazing team that is dedicated to growing the company and helping uphold academic integrity at institutions. Everyone is passionate about Honorlock because it's easy to become part of its culture. Although I don't play Fortnite much, the company hosts gaming tournaments, outings, and funny surprise birthday celebrations. It's nice working at a place where the company cares about its employees.

Cons

- The office is a lot of fun, but can be distracting at times. - Scaling and growth can be stressful.

CEO here. Thank you for your feedback. Really appreciate you sharing that your transition from part-time to a full-time salaried has position been a success. We love promoting from within and this type of feedback confirms we are making the right decisions in regards to that. I am so proud and delighted to hear you feel that way about your co-workers. Since Fortnite isn't your forte, please DM me on Slack or let's chat during our next 1-on-1 about what types of company events we can add that you'd be interested in. Adam Roth CEO
