      Love this Place, but Recently Acquired

      Pros

      Hoodoo has been an amazing place to work. Flexible leadership Time off encouraged Creative benefits Totally remote and creative team building to encourage relationships Great, and I mean GREAT people However, they were recently acquired and the acquisition has been pretty awful (though no one has been fired).

      Cons

      Employees have been disregarded during the acquisition and it's been so discouraging Sometimes the team can be stretched too thin or have too much time, but that's the ebb and flow of agency life.

      Great Salaries Digital Nomad Model Certification bonuses Vacation bonus Great Benefits Awesome owners (Andy and Kem are the best!)

      Because it's an agency there is the downsides that come with agency work. Stressful timelines etc.
