      Pros

      I worked at Hookson for x years and have to call out the flexible working arrangements as a real plus. I was able to work in an agile way that helped my work life balance and didn’t hinder my development. Lovely bunch of people to work with.

      Cons

      Not a downside as such, the workload can be quite significant in busy periods but teamwork always seem to kick in at the right time!

      Pros

      In my time at the company I was given a huge amount of dedicated mentoring and coaching support by the management team. That allowed me to really grow my technical skills in a way I haven’t been able to do before. The office has a great working environment and the team is very welcoming.

      Cons

      None really in my experience. Being in an agency environment can mean having to re-prioritise at short notice to meet client requirements, but that’s a good life skill to develop!

      Pros

      Tight knit team who collaborate on projects and go above and beyond to deliver for clients. Great friendly, social working environment. Central location.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a downside but excellent delivery means hard work and that sometimes involves having to pull out the stops and commit some of your personal time to getting the job done.
