      Pros

      Custom Pressure vessel, Excellent learning and working environment in Engineering dept. Lots of intellectual discussions with Eng. manager regarding problem solving and foreseeing them.

      Cons

      Overstaffing. layoff which is amplified by ups and downs in industry. Only if you are fresh graduate or not working anywhere should come to Hooper welding. Research more before switching the job. Lay off comes anytime.

      good engineering environment, very helpful colleagues, engineers have many years of experience and also very kind and knowledgeable

      Cons

      high turn over and lay off put always high stress on your actual work, unless it s the start of a career for you, better to be careful and do your due diligence if you have other options before accepting the offer
