Pros

A great company to work for. Love the management, love the flexibility. The hiring process is streamlined and effective. The HR policies are fair and fairly applied. The online ability to request time off is effective, and if an emergency comes up they are somewhat flexible. Still, they enforce schedules and make sure that everyone there works hard. Accumulating PTO is easy and automatic, and having some paid holidays off is very nice. The 401k plan and profit sharing is another huge bonus for a company this size, and no complaints at all about the health insurance.

Cons

None so far, I really like it here. Parking can be a pain sometimes, when you need to park in the back, but it seems safe and really not a big deal.

Pros

The pay is incredible if you are willing to work hard and apply yourself. The other feel of the company is really chill compared to other call centers that I have worked at and there are lots of little perks like raffles, fee snacks at the company kitchen and regular happy hours and parties. All of the calls are inbound, which is also way better than working at an outbound call center. While I was at Hoot Call the company grew by about 40 people, and the management team was great about promoting agents into supervisory roles as they grew.

Cons

Most of the downside comes with being at a call center - the calls are sometimes repetitive and every once in a while you get callers who are jerks.
