Wonderful members and staff Ongoing community engagement. Mission and vision for serving members and the community is next level.
Cons
Lack of support from leadership since they don't even know their role. Pay is eh... Lowest paying in the field. But great way to get your foot in the door if you're passionate about behavioral health. Favoritism Sexual harassment by leadership Discrimination Will work you to death and find every way to avoid overtime. Even when it is unavoidable. Then have the nerve to turn around and ask you why you have overtime and even take corrective action against you for it.
