Pros
Fantastic mission; truly looking to improve the quality of healthcare for a typically under-served patient population. Clinic is staffed with a fantastic group of workers who are, for the most part, truly dedicated to this mission. Linguistically competent care is the clinic's greatest asset, so many different languages spoken by both the patients and the staff.
Cons
Can be hard to work with administrators; very hard to move projects to improve the clinic and its operations forwards.
