Great company and management. It's nice working for a smaller company compared to a large non-profit. The executive board is onsite, gets to know all staff, and are easily accessible. The clients are fantastic, and the benefits are good. Great opportunity for growth as well - they always try to promote from within before hiring new staff. There is also onsite parking which is great. Free lunch/dinner as well.
Cons
Caseloads can grow large, but many companies are currently struggling with hiring. Sometimes there can be too many cooks in the kitchen and poor communication. Management is always willing to listen to other staff though and make changes.
