Nice clients Scheduling is okay Even with being shortstaffed, my supervisor has always been able to find people to cover shifts

Managers seriously needs to be retrained on how to talk to people with respect

Clients are a plus. I've had the best clients 😊 They also have a lot of Overtime

Cons

Managers need to be retrained. They don't even know how to talk to their employees. Just bc we're at the Bottom of the Pyramid doesn't give them the right to look down & belittle the employees. they need to learn how to appreciate their employees bc people are just quitting left & right
