Pros

The kids were great! The organization tried to lay me off during COVID, but luckily, with enough advocacy from other staff members, they made accommodations that allowed me to work and attend graduate school.

Cons

Terrible administration at the ED and CFO level. Board members do not interact with the students at all. You will only see them at fundraising events.
