Pros

They do pay a bit better than some.places, but the employees that have been there forever are getting paid way less than the new inexperienced ones.

Cons

Too many to list. Steer clear.

Pros

This (Sajo Farm specifically) is a general practice that operates more like an ER and multi-specialty practice combined. There are lots of interesting cases and cool things to learn. Management could at times feel harsh, however, they worked with me through multiple life changes and were very flexible.

Cons

Sajo Farm would greatly benefit from working in teams and having more organization of workflow. Highly demanding job. You need to be quick on your feet and any inkling of laziness will be nipped in the bud. High employee turnover. Not the best work-life balance.
