Pros
Working here has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The owners know firsthand what it’s like to hit rock bottom—struggling with addiction, prison, and losing everything. Through getting sober and building a strong foundation with God, they have created one of the best drug rehab facilities in Ohio. What makes this place truly special is that the mission doesn’t stop with helping clients. The company also provides opportunities for employees who are in recovery themselves. Many of us would have never been given a chance elsewhere, but here we are supported, encouraged, and able to build meaningful careers. This workplace feels like a family—we work hard, but we work together. The teamwork, trust, and compassion make each day smooth and fulfilling. This isn’t just a job—it’s a purpose-driven career in a company that changes lives, both for clients and for staff. I’m proud to be a part of it.
Cons
Everyone is so close, so it tends to keep people from being corrected when they are wrong. Like sometimes it’s a little too nice here. Some people I feel should have been told what they did should’ve been handled differently, but nothing gets said to them. That’s about it though. There aren’t many cons honestly.
