The entire Clinical Directorship Staff left, en masse, last fall. The Chief Behavioral Health Officer was replaced with a person with a PhD in Business Administration, who had been in the compliance department. He puts on a good show - all smiles and loftiness... But, behind it is nothing but the drive to increase billable hours, with no solution for gaining same. Directs all the supervisors to micromanage all of their team members, and has very little - if any clinical understanding, nor any desire to understand the nuances. For example, he insists that people call him "Dr," in a healthcare agency. They refuse to come to the table with real salary information. Team leaders don't even know what the salary range is for their staff, making it next to impossible to try to recruit for open positions. Very disingenuinous. Unethical. Dishonest.
