Pros
majority of coworkers, total-team mentality, ability to turn and burn tables really fast.
Cons
cult-like corporate and upper management team. the general managers feel the need to report every tiny mishap with employees to corporate without speaking to the employees personally first. the meal discount is not great by any means (50% off one item and then 15% off thereafter—during shift. on off days only 15% off) you also cannot sit at the bar at all even on your days off. Dress code leaves no room for individuality (no facial piercings/colored hair/face or neck tattoos) and you have to wear their god awful polos for your uniform. consistently short staffed—not scheduled properly so the bartender is taking a 15 table section plus the bar top during the lunch rush on game days while also being responsible for getting everyone’s drinks out in the “two minute ticket times” window. unrealistic expectations as far as drink ticket times go considering they have a TON of different specialty drinks on their drink menu. corporate does not listen to suggestions about closing earlier during slower week days, closing at 11pm every day is counterproductive when the closing bartender is going 1.5-2 hours without single open check. health insurance premiums are insanely high for a company who claims to provide benefits. menu prices are embarrassingly high for pre frozen meat and microwaved nachos.
