If you want a casual work environment. It’s good for you to work here.
Cons
They don’t consider the educational qualification. They pull up people with unfinished degree just because they’re known to the higher management. Not a professional environment to work in. A lot of favourism. Indecisive management in terms of vision. No respect for professional degrees.

* Management is open t new ideas. * Company seems to have good funding.
Cons
* Lacks Leadership. Even though being a startup it isn't open to criticism and good leadership. * Currently company is focused on mainly interns and contract employees. * Many good ideas/projects have been scrapped off in an instant without any information. * same for employees, any employee can be terminated at any moment of time if the management doesn't like them.
