Pros

Company values are what healthcare is supposed to be.

Cons

Clique heavy. If you don't immediately fit in, you'll beg to be given a chance- then ignored anyway.

Pros

Schedule flexibility. Decent pay for entry-level gigs. Interesting exhibits and an aesthetically interesting environment.

Cons

Condescending management, broken promises on wages from initial hire to first paycheck, more worries about image than taking care of their people. Did not explain to new hires that working daytime hours means you're basically working a daycare position for tons of children- and at night, you can end up taking care of drunk people. Also having to listen to the same music over and over every day was truly maddening.
