Pros

The employees (except Management in Indonesia) are solid and eager to learn more. They're very supportive and responsible. They share what they know to others without judging the fresh graduates. That 1 star is for the employee, NOT for the management.

Cons

1. Management in Indonesia frequently makes false promises. 2. The Management in Indonesia clearly mentioned that the only thing they worried about is money. They also made it clear that Warden are their main focus and left the cybersecurity consultant's matters behind. They keep less attention in CyberOps (the fuel of the company), show little appreciation and pay the consultants with very low pay rate. 3. The Management in Indonesia frequently brings up that they already paid the consultants more than other company. However, Management in Indonesia does not know that Horangi ID's pay rate is much lower compared to other relevant competitors (e.g ITSec, VantagePoint, Xynexis, and many more). 4. The Management in Indonesia often lower the bar in order to satisfy "special clients". They prioritizes client requirements over client security, which is bad for a cybersecurity firm. 5. The Management in Indonesia expects their employees to work more than their responsibilities. However, they never consider the employee's contribution. They will keep asking for more and more contributions but rarely keep their promises. 6. As long as you are a "Brown nose", your job prospects at Horangi Indonesia will be good (it will be easy to get promoted). Even though, you are lack of proficiency in cybersecurity or leadership.

good colleagues at work level but that is bout it.

Cons

agreed with previos review only WARDEN important. cyberops has 0 say despite contributing to most revenue. treated as second-class citizens. UNLIMITED leave is fake. management will persude you to cancel leave to make way for projects. R&D and leave affect your billable so it is best for you do not take leaves.special treatment for BROWN NOSE people. consultant do more than job scope and covering one useless team.burnout no work-life balance.good consultants left the team. ship consultant on projects not ready most of the time and wasted one day.GOODWILL sales team A+ not clear career advancement.

Pros

Offensive team is very friendly Work life balance (if you don't take up OT work) There is a performance bonus at the end of year

Cons

Downgrades of benefits since many years ago. Lots of experienced consultants have left so there aren't many people to learn from. Talent pool is shrinking, newer consultants come in uncertified. New management is quite divisive. CEO only cares about products.
