      The residents make the job!

      Pros

      It was like inheriting 50 grandparents, overnight! I absolutely adored my residents!

      Cons

      Real Life answer: It's a retirement/assisted living community... people die. It can take a toll when you have a tendency to get attached, like I do. But the emotional reward I got daily from being with these residents honestly made it worth it.

      It's a fun place to work because of the residents and the right staff. Good company to work for, you can move up.

      Cons

      When there is too many chiefs and not enough indians, it is chaos, some of the people need to learn people skills, but other than that it's ok.
