Absolutely worst management ever!! Most of them have been there 6 months - 1 year
Pros
Nice bathroom. You'll meet some nice people who are just as miserable as you, but need a job.
Cons
Rules for children, not adults: no talking, no getting up from your desk, no having your phone out unless you're in the break room. No personal calls or management may disconnect you. They have cameras in the ceiling to make sure you follow their rigid rules (which don't seem to apply to "everyone"). It's a fairly new company/new accounts, so you're liable to have someone who hasn't even completed their 90 days training you. If you are in training, make sure you sit up straight and look "engaged" even if the idiot training you is ignoring you. Don't be too knowledgeable or you may intimidate your trainer or supervisor. Be able to "conform" and look happy at all times - just don't talk. You get 30 minutes for lunch and two 15 minute breaks which you have to clock in and out for on your computer - after you log in, so cut that break short! If you're late even a minute you are reprimanded and get a point. Same applies for coming in late - one minute and you get a point. So RUN!!
