Pros

Co-workers are awesome and supportive. You get to help individuals and feel as if you are making a difference.

Cons

Supervisors and upper management will do anything to actually not work. Not uncommon to have supervisors sitting behind closed doors complaining loudly about clients and staff. Also, unequal treatment of staff (if you were part of the "in crowd, " you were offered job promotions that you weren't qualified for versus people who actually had the proper education and training). Supervisors would ask staff to do things that were unethical and unsafe.

Pros

New CEO is a great person who cares a lot for his clients

Cons

New senior management is terrible to work for, many long term mid level management staff are leaving due to lack of support and concern for employees.
