      Paid weekly, gym, nice kitchens, can dress casually

      Cons

      Culture problems all around from top brass down, runs rampant and almost encouraged. Next to impossible to feel heard. Little to no HR dept.

      Pros

      It’s never a dull experience. Travel the country, experience new sights, whilst learning more and more about this field and how each state does construction. I do love my lob and this is the main reason.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not great. And if it’s the slow season and there’s no work for whatever reason, they will not pay or compensate you for idling, even if you’re a full-time employee.
