Family, Relatives, Friends Team from Rayalaseema Gang works here. Interview will be Damn Easy, Coz CEO will ask only 2 questions , How many clients you can bring / How many closing every month ? you are selected Employees who wants to lead life like a Slave should join this company, Coz you should know how to prepare Tea / coffee, Get Lunch & Dinner on fridays for staff.

Cons

CEO- Edara is a Waste fellow, who do not know how to do IT Staffing Business, Half of time he runs the show from his Bed room. Like KCR runs from Farm House. Every employee will be in Suspense till he gets his Salary, Else you need to Beg to a Accountant Begger, who is also Pursuing his LAW.

Edara is a Fraud - CEO, He Manipulates Resumes before submitting to end clients - USA , He also trains his staff & makes them Perfect Lier's , No Professionalism, High level of Mother tongue Influence from Staff while talking to end clients, If you join this company , they will ensure you become Dummy & you will be in suspense till you get your salary.

People are good but not responsible for work. Ignorant and lazy management. When employee requires some help, it very tough to get proper response from management
