Pros

Everyone was expected to bring their skills to the table for the betterment of the company and the community. Good working environment. Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

Several were placed in a leadership role before they were ready which led to grave mistakes company-wide.

Pros

Good work, benefits, pay - for most jobs, and trusted employees are able to work and succeed without too much sheep watching.

Cons

Management too concerned about increasing their own pay, giving themselves bonuses even when they claim to be unprofitable and losing money. Too free with some areas allowing employees to do very little, too much liberty in some cases. They found a sucker to bail them out in 2017 and management acted as if it was free money. This company could have expanded and been great, they will always be held back by their own greed.
