Pros: The coworkers on the floor are genuinely good people and look out for each other.
Cons
Cons: Multiple workers have reported that women are treated with hostility and disrespect by management and ownership. Female employees report being made to feel inferior and that their complaints go nowhere because HR sides with management every time. The owner has allegedly insulted workers who asked basic questions about benefits. There are no benefits whatsoever. Workers report having to beg to use the bathroom during full shifts. Time off is nearly impossible to get approved. New hires reportedly make more than longtime employees.
