There are a number of people who work here that are highly professional and very helpful

There is an opportunity to evolve the organisational culture by encouraging fresh perspectives and greater openness to change at senior leadership level.
Very little support, work loaded on with very little training, pay increases seldom, employees don't seem to be valued. Senior employees very difficult to work with.
