They struggle to do the transition

Pros

Most of the people working there are nice and fun.

Cons

The transition from startup to "bigger" company has not been smooth (and is not finished). They hired a lot, matching the culture became "nice to have" when hiring. Those new employees don't get the time to be onboarded properly sometimes, or they discover that their job is not what they applied for. This creates frustration, and it's not rare to see people leaving the company after less than one year. Hosco hires fast, but there is a high turnover. They also hired some pretty bad managers that like politics, they prefer to isolate their team rather than working together.

- Small team so "family" atmosphere, you know everyone! - Great HR & friendly colleagues - Dog-friendly, which really helps lower stressful situations

Cons

- Little feedback from management, but very harsh at the end of the day - Not much training, but a lot of expectations - Low business ethics, letting to many conflict situations with clients - and no conflict management training

Good option for flexible hours, working from home etc. Perhaps once a month they buy food for everyone in the office

Cons

Managment isnt shy of shocking. Senior members at Hosco are always talking about transparency yet there is none. They also have sales techniques that dont work at all yet they are always pushy for the idea, even if it isnt successful. Senior managers treat some staff and interns as if they were nobodies, when they mentioned at the beginning that there wasnt hierachy at the company.
