      1. Committed to providing a quality product made in the USA and service to its customers 2. Family oriented environment where all employees are valued for their contribution 3. Safe and friendly work environment 4. Medical, dental & 401 k benefits offered

      Cons

      The only negative is that the benefits offered do not include vision coverage.

      1. Culture - The company has an amazing culture unlike any I have experienced before. It is a true family like feel. There is a special comradery between the employees here. 2. Ownership- The ownership of the company is very involved in the everyday operation and knows every employee by name. The ownership is extremely transparent and the ownership here is trusted. 3. Internal Promotion- The company also puts a large emphasis on promoting from within.

      Cons

      There are no true cons worth noting. The company is growing, has a great culture and a great leadership team.
