You get bullied by leadership, to work more than what you are compensated for. The job descriptions are a joke around here, they pretty much tell you what you are doing, and if they think you are not busy enough, they demand you do more, and give you more telling you do this or else. I am doing a job that doesn't match with my career, experience or education. its not the job I thought I was coming into. The Leadership here are bullies, confrontational, dismissive, rude, condescending, the CEO is the worst of them. The CFO is just as bad, verbally abusive i have seen him be verbally abusive to many employees. Both leaders don't respect anyone at all. I have watched every good employee they bring in leave within months, most don't even take the job, because they read the reviews. They ask you to go above and beyond, and when you cannot maintain the crazy hours or crazy demands it becomes hostile and abusive. Stay away, stay far away, the most recent good reviews are company made beware! Don't waste your career here. Its time for companies like this one, to change their ways, employees have a voice now, and leadership has been failing for a long time, its all over this board. Read more reviews they all say the same thing for YEARS! same leadership. hopefully they sell it, and find new leaders the company has potential.

Very poor upper management VP’s are getting strained and pushed by the then president of operations and the inventory specialist trying to keep inventory to bare minimums to cut cost which forces drivers to use damaged or broken equipment. Or even worse hospice patients who need o2 or suction just don’t get the delivery. No warehouses or vehicles are compliant and the company cuts corners constantly to save money. Equipment is not being sanitized like it really should. Sadly the driver are ponds that are disposable. They get worked all day and night and then get yelled at for working ot. HR is not there for their employees and turns their heads when any of the VPs start to verbally abuse or attack their employees. This entire company is said to be there for their patients and hospice partners but in reality they are acquiring more accounts than they can manage and it’s all at the cost of theirhospice patients. It’s truly sad.
