      Some exquisite locations with dedicated staff despite extremely low morale.

      Recently reorganized. Too much useless middle management at fat cat salaries, ridiculously high salaries starting with the CEO (scandalous really. The Attorney General should investigate)and the slew of regional VPs most of whom do nothing but sit back and collect their six figures while the line staff make minimum wage while directly delivering the mission

      interacting with people from all over the world, making a difference working for a non-profit, and having the opportunity to transfer from different cities in the USA for work.

      Cons

      The unification of Hostelling International USA, lack of advancement withing the company, their high earnings with no raise for front desk associates, and the job description of front desk involves having to make up for lack of housekeeping and maintance whom are sent home after 6 p.m.
