Discounted food, easy job when fully staffed

Cons

No respect from corporate for their people or their time, out of touch greedy owners with no real grasp of what it’s like to grind for peanuts, significantly underpaying the competitors’ average, toxic culture included gaslighting. Zero worklife balance.

Loved working for this forward thinking company! Each day was fun, challenging, and snark is welcomed and encouraged!

Cons

When I was there, we could have used a marketing team - and since I've left they've done just that. And the creative and campaigns coming out of there are top notch!
