      Unprofessional GM at the Moot House

      Pros

      Good pay and the other employees are great to work with. Good teamwork and environment among the employees and most of the management.

      Cons

      Training is very long and management focuses too much on the negative without any positive affirmation to go with it. I appreciated the sales contests but the prizes never warranted the effort involved.
