None. Horrible working environment through and through.

This company will use you. When something goes wrong, it's never management's fault. They won't properly train you, and then will blame you when you make a mistake. Benefits are non-existent and pay is not nearly enough to make up for how they will mentally abuse you and put you into unsafe working conditions.
