The cons of working here are that it is a lot of work. If you're a floater, you're expected to do so much work and only get paid around $14/hour for a lot of hard labor. I think people stay here because it's a job. Management was not the greatest at handling serious HR issues until it was too late or based on their own assumptions. It doesn't matter how well you are at your job, but always remember that if you're white -- you're probably making more than someone who is not.
