Pros

Are you kidding me? There are none.

Cons

1. Chairman of the company, Jerome Cle, fired everyone one day without giving any notice or severance package. 2. Salaries of almost 4 months and severance packages have not been paid to anyone. 3. For some employees, their Jan's salary has not been paid, without giving any explanation. The only reason was given, "your case was special" 4. Jerome Cle, kept lying about paying the salaries by postponing it for 5 more days, again and again. Then after a few days, as mentioned above, fired everyone. 5 Fired an employee, by grabbing his/her laptop and saying "Get out", because that person was asking questions. 6. They have changed the company's name twice in one month from HotelQuicly to TravelBook to Siam Tech Development. Don't be fooled if someday in future you get a job offers from Siam Tech Development. If ever it comes, just run in the other direction. The only time I felt, Glassdoor should have 0 ratings. Felt so bad giving this company 1 star. They don't deserve even that

Pros

Very good team and work culture until last year October. Pizza wednesdays and beer in the fridge

Cons

Most of the top level managers are highly paid incompetent people who add almost no value to the company. They outsourced the IT team, and are now bleeding money for sub-par work. No transparency whatsoever. Employees have no visibility into the where the company is heading. Top management will take impulsive decisions and pat themselves on the back if it goes good, or blame the other employees if it goes bad. Tomas Laboutka is not the CEO anymore

it's good the environment was good before many benefits and learning office is nice

Cons

bought by french investor and turns the company become a french company. mostly now old people handling the top management and there is a big gap year and generation make people is not comfortable to work they even don't know how to use google spreadsheet. no career development no transparency no equality among employee
