Too much work pressure Low Salary Nothing in the name on increment If you want to increment than they will smartly play with your salary structure Smartly changing company policies Very bad Management

1. Salary is never credited on time 2. No management, just a couple running the company out of their house, one of which, is also HR who creates the policy for employees and changes as per their convenience 3. They keep changing the company's name, website, and hope and pray that with a new name the company will flourish 4. They fire people on the same day if you speak anything that MD does not like 5. You will have to wait for 4-5 months to get your Full & Final settlement 6. Some days employees have to pay for milk out of their own pockets to get tea in the office
