Pros

1.Strong and supportive management. 2.Helpful and efficient HR team. 3,Good Agile practices, with effective support from the PO ( All good)

Cons

1.Here The SM role ( CQA CT) is primarily to create Jira tickets and oversee them ( More defects are being identified by the client than by our excellent SM) 2.How does he handle client questions without domain knowledge? 3.A leader is one who knows the way,goes the way,and shows the way. 4.The collapse of the entire deployment team is an example of poor SM 5.There is a lack of co ordination within the team.
