Pros
Good, close relations with people at the company. Fast-paced, hardly ever a dull moment. Caring management. Good learning environment. You get to learn about foreign policies on shipping and understand trading between currencies.
Cons
I was offered a very low salary for having just completed a bachelor's degree in engineering. I felt as if I couldn't continue working for such little pay, so i found a different position elsewhere.
