- lots of snack and coffee provided - creative team initially fun to work with
Cons
- Upper management is disorganized and chaotic. Lack of professionalism and empathy. No HR members. - Management is not good and not suited for that type of role. Takes everything personally and is non confrontational which allows issues to continue to escalate until they get worse and then put the blame on the employee. - Favoritism- management favors certain folks to get better jobs and projects - Having no HR is unacceptable. They will protect the people who have been there the longest, even after sexual harassment and then make the employee feel bad for ever bringing it up and gaslight them, then use a made up excuse to fire you. - Sales team is toxic and seem to have no idea how hard art team has to work to get jobs done.

Worked here for a couple of years, my manager treated me very well. Upper management seemed a little sketchy but overall a good job and good hours if you’re looking for a college job.
Cons
Job can get a little boring and hard to find yourself staying busy
