      Managers value your opinion. Your input and decision-making are respected and will be considered when the team makes critical decisions. There is an emphasis placed on mentoring and developing younger staff.

      Cons

      With any company's growth, there are challenges with putting the right people in the right seats. This will work itself out as things are figured out. Benefits for employees could be expanded.
