Pros

Cons
- Can be a little stubborn, but that's just who they are. Nothing too frustrating - Can sometimes be a little overzealous or public about religious and political beliefs. However, they will respect your choice to not discuss those maters and will not treat you any differently for it. - Anger can be a little tough to deal with, but again, nothing terrible. - Compensation felt a little low for the work provided, but in their defense, I didn't bring it up to them more than once or twice. - No benefits
