Pros

You work from a private home, you get to sit down.

Cons

The home I worked in was filthy. The franchise manager was drunk most of the time or hung over, rude. Training was done by another associate and consisted of watching her all day. Most of the day she played games on the computer. You didn't get a lunch break. You had to eat at your desk while working. I decided to look for other work after a few days. She never paid me and still has not.

Pros

Great people. Strong brand. Mostly very satisfied franchisees.Great company culture, feels like a family. Exceptional support team.

Cons

High employee turnover rates, low pay and insufficient benefits. Poor communication between the two offices. A lot of stellar ideas but drawn-out execution.
