Pros

They give you beer on fridays and buy lunches now and again. Honestly, that's the only Pro about this company

Cons

The exec team looks out for the exec team..that's it. Horrible pay unless you're in the top tier of management, and even then it's more along the lines of if you're on the "in" with the CEO. It's seriously like a high school environment. If you have ideas and bring it to your boss, it might make it up the chain, but will soon be shut down because it wasn't the CEO or COO's idea.

Pros

Sometimes there were free lunches

Cons

Management and leaderships are dishonest, there is a toxic work environment toward the caregivers, the employees are undervalued and at the mercy of constantly changing leadership positions

Pros

I worked there a little over 3 years. As of apparently yesterday I needed longer work there. I was hired for overnight work( so I could go to school during the day) and I couldn’t get an overnight shift to save my life. Anyway you have to chase them to get clients they never have what you need as far as work goes .. you can get work if you Are a puppet yes sir no sir person. Anyway in my case there was a definite communication breakdown where a client I was with did not want anyone with her and I called the office to tell them that I was very happy to leave the coordinator never said it was mandatory that I stay or that she was gonna get someone else there to replace me . I told her I preferred to leave .. I guess it’s her word against mine . This guy he knows who he is a real piece of work mr know nothing has been setting me up to be terminated for awhile now. There is no respect there they hire new people every week and they never have work for the employees that are allready there. So NO there are no Pros at this job. If your a quiet meek minded person you can have a job there.. If you have a Mind of your own and speak up for yourself forget it.

Cons

Everything You have to chase them for clients. They lie constantly to you and they are very disrespectful. Anyway I will be filing a complaint against them for wrongful termination.
