Householder Group Response

As a senior employee at Householder Group I am committed to helping our advisors grow their business in any way that I can. Advisors that join our organization achieve success. This happens specifically through their hard work and the implementation of our marketing programs, internal systems and hands on support. Our achievement is also demonstrated through a 90% advisor retention rate. Householder Group is a synergistic organization that desires to hear your concerns and we encourage the opportunity to address them. In the ten years I have personally worked here, Scott Householder has been a “hands on” CEO with an open door policy. He is also fair and supportive. Any change management item implemented is taken into great consideration not only in assessing and determining the organization’s needs, but more importantly any potential impact it would have on our existing network. We understand that we cannot make everyone happy 100% of the time, however, if any organization strives for this goal…we do. This person chose to post publicly, cryptically and anonymously and therefore I cannot reach out to them directly. It appears the goal of this post was to inflict damage on the organization’s reputation versus looking for resolution which is disappointing. As a key member of the corporate team, I welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please contact me directly. I would like to help. Nadia Gulli Senior Director of Business Development

Pros

Other offices are helpful, often collaborate and share ideas for marketing

Cons

The delivery of what is promised to offices, especially marketing is not valuable or close to what is communicated. This is especially true in the past 3 years. Corporate staff is too small to provide meaningful support.
